Nanny agency Smart Sitting needed to optimize their booking process.

They had been working directly with parents and sitters to manually schedule and pair users. As their customer base grew, they needed a way to automate this work through an app.

The new app, used by both parents and sitters, aims to solve the problems of pairing, scheduling, and billing. We defined each page, created user journeys for parents and sitters, and designed interaction between modules.

The app was built using Javascript components and the Ionic framework. We built a Node.js backend, handling all API and database requests, and a beautiful front end for mobile devices.

The app is currently being used by Smart Sitting's team and clients.
